Michael Hansson
CEO & Co-Founder
Michael brings over 20 years of experience in product development, engineering, and manufacturing across three continents. He has held senior leadership roles at Concepcion Industrial Corporation, Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., and Lean Factory Technologies, and holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Linköping University, Sweden. He is a specialist in automation, machine vision, embedded systems, and robotics.
Paul Rivera
Co-Founder
Paul is a serial entrepreneur and company builder with over two decades of experience across technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and outsourcing in the Philippines. A UC Berkeley graduate, Paul also serves as Managing Director of Healthspan Global and Executive Chairman of Kalibrr, and is recognized as both an Endeavor Entrepreneur and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
Victor Aliwalas
Co-Founder
Victor brings 17 years of experience in strategic sales and business development across Asia. He has served as Chief Revenue Officer at WeCap Financial, President and CEO at Multisys Technologies Corporation, and Vice President at PLDT ALPHA Enterprise, with additional regional leadership experience at Transcom Worldwide.

Our Team
NanoForge employs over 80 production operators, engineers, quality and logistics staff in Carmona, Cavite. Our management team combines international manufacturing experience with deep local operational knowledge; a combination that is rare in Philippine export manufacturing.
